Egg Rock, 2005
Oil Painting on Canvas. 18 x 24 inches.

I was invited to take part in the Paint The Town celebration in Concord. I chose to depict the meeting of the Assabet and Sudbury Rivers where they become the Concord River. This is at Egg Rock, on which an inscription reads:
On the hill Nashawtuck
at the meeting of the rivers
and along the banks
lived the Indian owners of Musketaquid
before the white men came.

The painting was sold the same day at the Paint The Town auction at the the Concord Art Association.
